According to broadcast insiders, 'Happy Together's production crew informed the cast, "There will be a lot of changes to KBS variety shows this spring", implying on their possible leave. It has also been rumored that all of the MCs will leave except Yoo Jae Suk.

An insider stated, "Although the staff stated that it hasn't been confirmed yet, they brought this up with MC Park Mi Sun in the room, implying to prepare their hearts... We are aware that the MCs will hold their final filming soon."

According to CBS No Cut News, a staff member commented, "It is true that the staff brought up talk about a possible leave with the cast but the variety show broadcast station put it on the back burner." A KBS variety show insider also added, "It is true that all of the MCs will leave... The staff are currently thinking of a new item."

However, the show's CP Han Kyung Chun quickly denied the rumors, telling OSEN on the 1st, "'Happy Together 3' is not a program that can be changed on a whim... The rumors of the MCs' replacement is false."

"Because 'Happy Together 3' is a long-running program, there are always rumors of a format change during the time for reorganization, but we decided that there is no reason to change the program which has been the top late night variety show on Thursdays."

It seems the staff agree that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
