While onscreen, he may appear like a grumpy comedian who yells all the time, Park Myung Soo proved that he’s actually a humble and warm hearted man on SBS’ Incarnation.
On October 1, Park Myung Soo appeared on the last episode of the talk show, where he was asked why he keeps creating a negative image of himself while doing good deeds.
MC Kim Hee Sun mentioned that he paid for the cancer removal surgery for his housekeeper’s husband, which Park Myung Soo quickly replied that he just paid her in advance.
When the MCs mentioned him paying the tuition of his part-time employee, Park Myung Soo said that it happened a long time ago and he barely remembers it.
“It’s not just me that’s doing it. Yoo Jae Suk donates too. It’s only hard at the beginning, “said Park Myung Soo. “After I realized that I had enough to live, I called a foundation to donate. I said, ‘Make it an automatic transfer,’ and that was it. I’ve just been doing that for five to six years now.”
MC Shin Dong Yeop then joked saying Park Myung Soo talked a lot for someone who wanted to avoid the topic of donations.
