As we reported before, the Nation’s MC Yoo Jae Suk recently celebrated his 42nd birthday with fans all over the world sending in their congratulations. KBS 2TV’s “Happy Together Season 3” team also celebrated Yoo Jae Suk’s birthday with a very special birthday cake.
On the 15th of this month, a picture of Yoo Jae Suk and his colleagues, Shin Bong Sun, Park Myung Soo, Park Mi Sun and Huh Kyung Hwan, from “Happy Together Season 3″ was posted on various message boards and social networking services. In the photo the crew can be seen smiling together and holding an interesting looking cake. A close up picture of the cake showed that it was an accurate looking replica of the “Happy Together Season 3″ filming set with a little miniature of Yoo Jae Suk, his portraits on the wall and a grasshopper figurine.
The cake was supposedly prepared by the “Happy Together Season 3″ staff members in celebration of Yoo Jae Suk’s birthday. The grasshopper is a cute little touch that acknowledges Yoo Jae Suk’s long term nickname of grasshoppper and it is even wearing a matching pair of towel hats. Certain reports are claiming that the cake would have cost an estimated US$70~80 to produce in terms of raw material and design costs but I’m sure you would agree that the end result was well worth that cost.
